Me and Poetry and how we only sometimes agree

Oh poetry, oh poetry,
why are you usually so boring.
I usually read thee,
and end up snoring.

But other times thy ain't so bad,
like in Eminem
when he raps like mad.

You must agree, and be able to see,
that rap is poetry because it rhymes
although its mostly about drugs and crime.

Either way I gotta go,
my rents want me to shovel the snow.
So I hope that we can both agree,
Poetry sometimes ain't bad for a guy like me.
